All fees and terms of payment will be defined in a formal written engagement agreement before taking on representation of your matter. Payment can be done via credit card, bank transfer or any other legally acceptable ways that will be agreed to by CVS ILF and the client. Refunds are at the sole discretion of CVS ILF and will depend on the terms and conditions of your engagement agreement. In general, completed legal work is not subject to refunds.
